Anybody going to make the long trip to Truro next Saturday. 283 miles M4 M5. 247 miles M3, A 303, A 30. I have done it in 4 1/2 hours easy. So it could be an early start or overnight stay for Supporters and Players. Tough game I expect as they are top of the league. Bonus if we get any points there. Thankfully I am still in Spain so wont be making the trip.

Would really like to make this one. Was even checking out flying to Newquay and getting the train from there but it's a pain. Other commitments mean I can't drive it and get back in time. Oh well, one day.

Truro is a nice town; the ground is forgettable.

Truro is the only CITY in Cornwall...

  9. They have currently an eight match run of wins in all competitions. Will be difficult, but we too have a good unbeaten run.
Aaron Lamont plays for them since his move down to Cornwall in the summer.

How much is the train fare costing for that?

It was £23 each way when we booked it from www.thetrainline.com a month ago. May have increased in price by now...

Any news on Brendan's fitness? Was there any negative reaction to his amazing cameo at Cinderford? The sooner we can get him back into the starting XI the better, though this Saturday may be too early for that I suspect. But who knows, at the end of the day, when there is a distinct lack of updates on this kind of thing from the club?

Went last year, not making it this year. Hope those making the trip have a good day/weekend.

Done well against the top teams in the NLS, getting a 2-2 with Dartford and 1-1 draw with Chelmsford. No reason why we can't get another point, asides from the fact it's a long trip away.
